About you

• Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant tiling and construction experience
• Proven experience working in the construction industry
• Valid CSR card and full driving licence
• Good IT skills and effective time management
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable team player
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills

What you'll do

• Carry out tiling works on void and tenanted social housing properties
• Perform routine tasks such as painting and decorating
• Complete work appointments efficiently using PDA systems
• Maintain clean and safe work environments daily
• Contribute to maintenance and repair projects, ensuring health and safety compliance
