Bar & Lounge Manager

We're searching for an experienced Bar & Lounge Manager to oversee one of the most important guest-facing areas within a luxury country house hotel.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience managing a luxury bar, lounge, or similar operation
Strong knowledge of beverages, wines, cocktails, and service standards
Experience leading and motivating teams
Commercial awareness and a focus on revenue generation
Excellent guest engagement skills
