Production Operative Location: Colchester Salary: £28,500 per year + overitme Shifts: Rotating – 06:00 – 14:30 / 13:30 – 22:00 We are recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy and growing signage and manufacturing business in Colchester. This is a fast-paced role working across production, fabrication, print, and assembly, ideal for someone with previous manufacturing or workshop experience looking for a long-term opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing • Operating machinery and production equipment • Cutting, laminating, assembling, and finishing products • Quality checking finished items • Supporting the production team to meet daily targets • Maintaining a clean and organised workshop What We’re Looking For • Previous production, manufacturing, workshop, print, or signage experience • Reliable and hard-working attitude • Good attention to detail • Comfortable with physical work and rotating shifts What’s On Offer • £28,500 starting salary • Permanent opportunity • Supportive team environment • Career development opportunities
