Supporting customers with daily tasks

Our service supports young people between 16 and 24. The service is Ofsted registered.

You have
Passion to support our customers to live their best lives

Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally

The ability to workon your own initiative, stayingcalm and positive under pressure

Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs

A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits
Rota pattern includes shifts of 07:30-15:00 and 14:30-22:00. You will work 5 shifts each week and there is some weekend working(not every weekend)

You will be responsible for your own case load, ensuring that you are supporting our young person from tenancy start to successful move on, whilst developing their independent living skills.

You will be fully based at our service. There is no element of home working.

You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)

A vehicle insured for business use is a preference for this role (and a license! xwzovoh ), well pay for any business mileage
