Our client, a world-renowned law firm based near Moorgate Station, is preparing to open the doors to a brand-new workplace and were looking for exceptional Welcome Hosts to help bring this space to life.

As a Welcome Host, youll be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, from colleagues to clients and guests. Youll set the tone for the day with a friendly welcome, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful connections.
This role calls for someone who is constantly on the move, ready to help wherever needed, while maintaining a calm and approachable presence.
Youll play a key part in shaping the welcome experience, helping to build a culture thats inclusive, energising, and inspiring. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love interacting with people, and want to be part of something transformative, wed love to hear from you.
Hours: 32 hours across 4 days per week, shifts between 0700-2200, Monday Friday. Salary: £26,600per annum
This is a physically active role, and youll be on your feet for most of the working day. This role would be great for someone who has Doorman or Concierge experience.
Were looking for personable and presentable people, with a strong customer-first mindset. Youll excel at managing your own time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
While experience in a law firm is a bonus, its not essential what matters most is your ability to connect with people and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
