Job Introduction A great opportunity has arisen with my housing build contractor, for an  Administrator to join our Property Team in Leamington Spa, on a temporary short term basis  This is full time role requiring 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday), with standard hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, paid via agency on a weekly basis  They require a motivated individual to work closely with our property team to assist in ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standard, while prioritising workload to ensure essential repairs are carried out as timely as possible and providing administrative support to the property team. There is a fast-paced and varied workload, so you need to manage multiple priorities whilst delivering a great service for our tenants and contactors  Role and Responsibilities Responding to calls, emails from site for reactive works. Scheduling and confirming appointments for routine/planned maintenance. Review and schedule remedial works following routine maintenance and servicing. Daily liaison with contractors and site personnel. To monitor and action works as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels whilst keeping. Listers sites informed of status and progress of resolution. Provide administrative support to the property team. Maintaining property records, asset lists, updating maintenance schedules. About you Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, along with familiarity. A background working within a construction/housing background would be an advantage, though not essential Great communication and clerical skills. Have strong administration skills and must be IT proficient. Ability to work on own initiative and within a pressurised environment with excellent. organisational and planning skills. This is an immediate start and has the opportunity to go temp/perm for the right individual, no hybrid options unfortunately and you must be in a position to start immediately
