We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our clients Supported Living and Domiciliary Care Services based in Weymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven background in adult social care, CQC compliance, safeguarding, and staff management. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and organisational values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage domiciliary and supported living services
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
Manage, support, and develop care teams
Oversee care planning, medication management, audits, and quality assurance
Maintain excellent standards of person-centred care and service delivery
Build positive relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
Requirements:
Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Leadership (or equivalent) xwzovoh
Previous experience managing a CQC registered care service
Strong leadership, compliance, and staff management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible approach with participation in on-call duties
