Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 OTE £70,000
Hours - Monday, Tuesday and Friday- 9:00 am to 6pm - Wednesday and Thursday- 9:00 am to 6:30pm, Saturday 10am to 4 pm

Our client established in 1997, specialising in the lettings and management of an extensive property portfolio across greater London is looking for a highly organised individual to work as a Lettings Manager to work within their lovely vibrant lettings team, you will be based in their busy Crouch End branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years experience within the industry, be ARLA Qualified, with CFP experience and live local to the branch. Dealing with all tasks in a professional manner ensuring these are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will be well presented, confident and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner.
You will be a key member of the company, Leading the lettings department!

Responsibilities:
In depth knowledge of compliance with current lettings legislation and policies
Maintain strong relationships with tenants & landlords
Ensure impeccable service is delivered to both landlords and tenants
Oversee all aspects of the lettings process
Prepare and review tenancy agreements and other legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and full legal compliance before execution.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and legislative changes to proactively adapt the department's strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of lettings negotiators, conducting regular performance reviews, providing ongoing training and professional development.
Motivate the team of negotiators to exceed targets
New business generation to expand the property portfolio

Skills & Experience
Letting experience
An understanding of tenancy laws
Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving the team to hit targets
Ability to analyse performance data and generate insightful reports for senior management.
Previous experience in a Managerial role
Driven, self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent Knowledge of the North London property market
Communication & Negotiation skills
