Position: Static Mechanical Bias Building Services Engineer

Salary: from £38,000 to £40,000
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong Mechanical Maintenance background
This position engineer will be working on a large static site based in Solihull.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They need to have a strong background dealing with plant room maintenance, ahu's and splits, plumbing works and basic electrical
This is a large static site, so a driving licence is not required. xwzovoh However, we do require a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification.
Requirements
Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
Mechanical knowledge
Able to deal with the maintenance of splits and ahu's
Good plant room knowledge
Flexible multi skilled engineer
Must be willing to join the on call rota (one week in four)
Package
Excellent basic salary
On call allowance
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
