IT Presales Consultant – South Region
Location: Hybrid – London / Camberley / Brighton
Salary: £65,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits

We’re looking for a customer-focused IT Presales Consultant to join a growing MSP supporting SMB customers across the South.
This is a customer-facing presales role focused on understanding business requirements, shaping technical solutions and supporting opportunities from discovery through to proposal and handover. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Engineering and Delivery teams, you’ll help design commercially aligned solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Managed Services.
This role is ideal for someone from an MSP or IT Services environment looking to develop further within presales, consultancy and customer-facing solution design.
Please note: this is not a hands-on implementation role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales teams on customer opportunities across the South region
- Lead customer discovery sessions and technical discussions
- Design high-level solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Infrastructure and Managed Services
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, commercially viable solutions
- Produce technical proposals, scopes of work and supporting documentation
- Work with Engineering and Delivery teams to validate solutions and ensure smooth handover
- Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Experience within an MSP, IT Services or Technical Consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Infrastructure and Managed Services
- Background in Presales, Consultancy, Technical xwzovoh Account Management or senior technical roles
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and solution-led approach
- Microsoft certifications beneficial
