We could have the opportunity for you!
We're expanding our sales and customer acquisition team in Stoke-on-Trent and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support growing client demand. Working on behalf of recognised non-profit organisations, we deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns within residential areas across Stoke-on-Trent.
This is an entry-level, subcontracted opportunity, so previous sales experience is not required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service and other people-focused backgrounds may find their existing skills transferable.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Sales Associate, you'll represent our non-profit clients within residential environments, engaging directly with members of the public to support customer acquisition.
You'll build rapport, explain client campaigns clearly, answer questions and guide interested customers through the sign-up process, while working towards individual and campaign objectives.
We're Looking for People Who Are:
Available for a full-time equivalent schedule (4/5 full working days per week, Monday–Saturday).
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Professional and able to work effectively alongside others.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Able to demonstrate strong English communication skills .
