Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
to join their supportive and dynamic team in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to make a real difference in the lives of children while building valuable skills for future career pathways such as educational psychology, teaching, or speech and language therapy. Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant: Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student's individual needs Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress What the School is Looking for in a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant: A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and flexible attitude Previous experience with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential What the School Offers: A welcoming and experienced support team Ongoing training and development opportunities A chance to gain classroom experience and insight into SEN provision Competitive daily rate and full-time working hours Role Details: Position:
