Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 - £13,000 bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Aluminium Decking & Balustrades Systems will involve:
Field sales position selling a high quality range of aluminium cladding decking systems for balconies in the high rise sector
All of your time will be spent generating specification with architects, consultants and specifiers & selling directly to housebuilders, developers, main contractors, balcony fabricators and deck fitting contractors
The remaining portion of your time will be spent influencing and generating specifications with architects, consultants and specifiers
Turnover target will be set depending on your experience
Average order value can vary from anything from £20k-£250k+
Typical project would include: high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments
The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager Aluminium Decking & Balustrades Systems with:
Must have sold a technical related product such as: aluminium decking, balconies, cladding, facades, building envelope, timber frame, off site modular, roofing systems, rain screen, solar shading, glazing systems, insulation, facades etc
Must have sold to architects, consultants, specifiers, contractors and fabricators
Ideally from the aluminium decking market place however not essential
Project led with an ability to think laterally
Technically capable, xwzovoh ability to assist with designing solutions to clients needs
