Housing Officer

Vivid's client in the East Midlands is currently looking for an experienced Housing Officer for a minimum of 12 months with the option to be extended depending on experience. - Housing Officer - East Midlands - 12 months - £22 - 27 ph - Start ASAP About the Role: * Responsible for the management of internal and external communal areas * Work with appropriate partners and support agencies to assist in the resolution of ASB cases, including mediation where appropriate * Collect evidence of ASB, including witness and impact statements and liaise with legal adviser * Responsible for regular estate inspections and identify hazards, communal repairs and any service failures * Action any fire risk assessment recommendations * Provide tenancy advice and guidance If you’re interested, please send your most up-to-date CV or call (phone number removed).
