The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join SEPHORA UK as an E-commerce Optimisation Specialist, playing a key role in our innovative Marketing & E-commerce Team. This dynamic role is pivotal in delivering our Site Merchandising, Search and Personalisation strategy to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and unlock the full potential of our omni-channel presence.

As an integral part of the team, youll work closely with cross-functional partners and cutting-edge tools like Dynamic Yield, Fredhopper, and Algolia to consistently support with day-to-day site operations governed by the trading calendar, as well as play a supporting role in web and app innovation.

What youll be doing

Lead the Site Merchandising and Search strategy year-round, with a dedicated focus in peak periods.

Train and guide supporting team members to deliver strong commercial merchandising in line with business priorities.
