This rapidly growing consultancy is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their friendly and supportive London team.
Working across both the residential and commercial sectors, the practice delivers practical, high-quality advice to a diverse client base and offers exposure to a broad range of projects and professional services.
The Role This is a varied position offering the chance to work across a wide spectrum of building surveying instructions, developing both your technical expertise and client-facing experience.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and adjoining owners.
Key Responsibilities as the successful Building Surveyor: Undertake a range of building surveying instructions, including inspections and reporting Prepare and deliver building surveys across residential and commercial property Assist with or act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and maintenance projects Advise on and manage dilapidations matters Assist with or lead Party Wall matters under the Party Wall etc.
