Process Development Engineer / Senior Technologist £45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Relocation Package + Excellent Benefits Bridgwater, Somerset (Full relocation package included) Are you a Process/Manufacturing Engineer, from a textiles, polymers, fibres or a similar manufacturing environment, looking to join a rapidly growing specialist manufacturer, where you will play a key role in taking innovative products from development through to full-scale commercial production? On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-million-pound organisation that has invested heavily into the business in recent years, where you will oversee taking new products from concept through to production, whilst having the chance to progress into more senior roles. The company are leaders in their industry and are going from strength to strength, with ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years. Due to their continued success and ongoing investment, they are now looking to add to their close-knit technical team. In this varied role, you will act as the technical bridge between the R&D and Operations teams, supporting new product development, pilot trials and scale-up projects. You will develop manufacturing processes, define critical process parameters, and ensure new products can be manufactured safely, efficiently and consistently at commercial scale. This role would suit an experienced Process or Manufacturing Engineer, ideally with experience within textiles, polymers, fibres or a similar manufacturing environment, looking to play a key role in product development and scale-up within a growing and innovative company.
