Location: Coventry, CV5 Commutable from: Warwickshire, West Midlands & East Midlands Salary: £55,000 per annum Start Date: Immediate Qualification: NVQ Level 3/4 HTH Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a specialist Learning Disability (Mild to Moderate) children's home in Coventry. This is a high-spec, fully operational 4-bed Learning Disability home, designed to provide young people with an exceptional environment where they can thrive. About the Home The home is currently occupied by 2 settled children and offers a well-equipped, spacious environment, including: * Very large outdoor space with garden swings and trampoline * Patio and grass lawn * Parking for up to 8 staff and visitors' cars * Large office * Store room and laundry room * 4 bathrooms, including 3 wet rooms * Sleep room * Sensory room * Play room with toys and books * Dining area * Large lounge * Family room for professional and family visits A Strong & Supportive Team You won't be managing in isolation. The home has a robust, well-resourced team already in place, including: * Deputy Manager & Office Manager already in post * Stable, trained staff team * Qualified Residential Support Workers delivering 1:1 staffing ratios * Experienced and knowledgeable Responsible Individual (RI) on-site twice weekly and accessible at any time for guidance The home has been Ofsted rated Good for over 4 years. Most recently, the home was inspected by Ofsted in March 2026, achieving a 'Good' rating across the inspection frameworks. About You We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who has: * Experience working within children's residential care * Experience supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD) * An NVQ Level 3/4 or relevant equivalent qualification * Strong leadership and management skills * A genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people The organisation is also very open to considering an experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position.
