You'll provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with varying needs, assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or tailored strategies, promote positive behaviour, and contribute to a nurturing environment where every pupil regardless of ability or need can thrive academically and personally.
Role Requirements:
Have recent classroom experience in a primary setting
Be confident supporting engaging lessons to mixed-ability classes
Demonstrate strong communication, and behaviour management skills
Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
