Warehouse Operative – Stock Management Location: Hinckley Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm Contract: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent Start Date: ASAP We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team based in Hinckley. This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, hands-on and enjoys working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Managing, organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently Keeping stock areas organised and ensuring items are easy to locate Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day warehouse requirements Helping colleagues locate stock and materials they need Checking and moving stock as required Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment Assisting with general warehouse duties when required About YouThe ideal candidate will be: Organised and able to keep track of stock Reliable, hardworking and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A good team player with a helpful attitude Able to work independently and use initiative Previous warehouse or stock management experience would be an advantage, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.
