Site Manager

The company work across several framework schemes and have recently been awarded a new contract to work in Manchester on a re-roofing contract to tenanted Social Housing properties. As a result, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include: The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget. Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team Monitoring the quality of work Liaising with the client Programming works Ordering materialsExperience needed: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchen and bathroom schemes. You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
