NegotiableNorwich, England Permanent Our client is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Norwich.Key Responsibilities:Provide project management and client liaison to ensure successful delivery of projectsSupport marketing and business development initiatives to drive repeat workOversee project engineers and provide mentorship and guidanceUtilise software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, PDS, and FLOW for drainage in project workContribute to the successful design and implementation of residential developments, including single dwellings and large-scale unitsWork on a variety of projects in the industrial, health, education, and supermarket sectorsCollaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain high standards of service deliveryEnsure clear progression routes towards an Associate role are supported and achievedJob Requirements:Significant experience in civil engineering within the highways sectorStrong proficiency in Causeway FLOW and infrastructure project managementExperience with software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, and PDSProven track record of managing and delivering residential development projectsExcellent client liaison and communication skillsAbility to support marketing and business development effortsExperience in mentoring and overseeing project engineersFlexibility to work in a hybrid model with an expectation of approximately 3 days per week in the officeBenefits:Pension schemeHealth cash planBirthday day offCycle to work schemeBonus scheme, subject to delivery and consistencyIf you are a seasoned Civil Engineer looking to further your career and take on a pivotal role within our client's dynamic team in Norwich, we would love to hear from you.
