Credit Controller

Pure are currently partnering with a great, well‑established organisation in Witham to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of the end‑to‑end credit cycle while also helping to shape smarter, more efficient processes.  Key responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end credit control across multiple markets and currencies. Deliver core transactional tasks including order release, bank postings, and cash allocation. Develop data‑driven collection strategies and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with senior finance to support risk management and operational efficiency. Contribute to systems‑enhancement projects across invoicing, reconciliations and onboarding Create, maintain, and improve robust credit policies.About you Experience managing your own sales ledger with strong debt‑recovery skills. Confident using modern systems and interested in automation and new technology. Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and reporting capability. Relevant accounting qualifications welcomed but not essential.This role is fully office‑based in Witham
