Sales & Marketing Representative Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week About the Role We're expanding our Glasgow team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who enjoys meeting people and isn't afraid of a target. You'll be out and about across the city, representing our brand, starting conversations, and turning interest into results. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to learn sales and marketing from the ground up while earning based on what they achieve. What You'll Be Doing * Meeting customers face-to-face across Glasgow on a daily basis * Introducing our brand and explaining what we offer clearly and confidently * Identifying customer needs and matching them to the right product or service * Converting conversations into sign-ups or sales * Managing your own appointments and planning your day efficiently * Sharing feedback from customers to help shape future campaigns What We're Looking For * Outgoing personality and strong communication skills * Comfortable approaching and talking to new people every day * Resilient — able to handle rejection and stay motivated * Self-disciplined enough to manage your own schedule * Driving licence and transport preferred, not essential * No experience necessary — full training provided What's On Offer * Commission-only pay, OTE £600–£750 per week, uncapped * Full training and ongoing mentorship * Flexibility to structure your working day * Genuine progression into senior sales or marketing roles * Supportive, Glasgow-based team Apply Today If you're ready to build a career in sales and marketing, and want your effort to be reflected in your pay, send us your CV
