Duties will include:
* Meeting & greeting clients
* Answering the phones, transferring calls and taking messages
* Dealing with deliveries and post
* Providing refreshments
* Administrative duties as and when required
The ideal candidate:
* Previous reception experience
* Ideally from a legal background
* Well presented with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised and efficient
* Flexible and with excellent attention to detail
