Mobile Building Services Engineer – Commercial Offices 📍 Oxford & Surrounding Areas 💰 Up to £44,000 Basic Salary + Overtime 🕘 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm 🚐 Company Van & Fuel Card Provided We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a growing and well-established facilities management company covering a portfolio of commercial office buildings across Oxford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with genuine opportunities for overtime, training, and career progression. The Role As a Mobile Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial office sites. You will work across mechanical and basic electrical systems, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Key Responsibilities * Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial office buildings * Fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems * Maintenance of HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, lighting, and basic plumbing * General building services maintenance * Completing service reports and compliance paperwork * Liaising with clients and site teams professionally * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations Requirements * Previous experience in building services / facilities maintenance * Experience working within commercial environments * Mechanical or electrical qualifications preferred * Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Full UK driving licence * Strong communication and customer service skills Salary & Benefits * Up to £44,000 basic salary * Paid overtime available * Company van & fuel card * Monday–Friday working hours (8am–5pm) * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Career progression within a growing business * Company pension * Uniform and tools provided * Holiday allowance This role would suit a Mobile Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Building Services Engineer, or Facilities Maintenance Engineer looking to join a supportive company with long-term progression opportunities
