About the role
Legal & General is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team on a 6-month FTC. You will provide clear ER guidance, align advice with policies, and support managers to improve employee experience.
You’ll manage ER queries across multiple channels, maintain accurate records in HR systems, analyse cases for themes and risks, and help drive continuous improvement in our ER services. A CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is required.
