Lettings Negotiator

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Job Description: Job Description: Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our clients team initially on a 12 month contract however could be made permanent/extended . Our client work in the B2R market (build to rent) and have new buildings about to go live in Bracknell. This role involves managing the lettings process of a new build block of apartments . The ideal candidate will possess experience in this industry and be a confident professional who strives for success. Responsibilities * Manage and update property listings using Rightmove software and other relevant systems * Handle all aspects of data entry related to new lettings, renewals, and tenant information * Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette * Organise and conduct viewings and liaise with prospective tenants * Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities in compliance with company policies Requirements * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively * Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills * Administrative experience including document preparation and record keeping * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude is a must Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 - 30 minute break (flexibility needed to suit business needs 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays Commission per let (up to £50)/signed contract Enhanced Pension Discretionary bonus If you are interested in this role please apply or call Antony on (phone number removed)
