18+ FULL TIME Dining Area Staff - PCL Boucher Road

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will act as the face of the restaurant and handle customer interactions.

• Make children feel welcome.
• Hand out balloons.
• Organise special events.
• Look after customers' specific needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

• Under 18 - £9.62
• 18+ - £12.76

Shift Details

In the Boucher Road store, dining area shifts begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and finish as late as 2:00 a.m. The maximum shift length is 8-9 hours.

Any hours worked between 12 a.m.-6 a.m. will be paid an additional £1 per hour on top of your regular rate.
