We are recruiting an experienced Concierge to join the team for a brand new prestigious luxury residential development in central London. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a high-calibre environment.
The Role You will be the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring a consistently welcoming and professional approach across all interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting residents with move-in/move-out processes and day-to-day enquiries
Managing parcels, deliveries, and courier collections securely
Providing lifestyle and hospitality services including restaurant reservations, ticketing, local recommendations, and transport arrangements
Maintaining building access, security systems, and safety standards
Supporting emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
Key management and access control
Building patrols and maintenance coordination
Maintaining high presentation standards across communal areas
Using building systems and resident apps effectively
During the initial operational phase, focus will be on welcoming prospective residents, supporting viewings and marketing events, and preparing for full service delivery.
What We're Looking For Essential:
Proven experience in luxury residential property management or concierge services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High xwzovoh standards of presentation and professionalism
Strong organizational and attention to detail
Service-driven mindset with solution-focused approach
Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
Additional language skills
Knowledge of London amenities and destinations
Experience with building management systems and apps
Team mentality and adaptability
