What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process, including:

• Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
• Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career goals
• Developing relationships with businesses and advising them on their hiring needs
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement
• Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the process
• Negotiating offers and helping clients secure the best talent
• Building your own market, client base and reputation as your experience grows

This is a career where no two days are the same. You'll combine sales, relationship building, problem solving and commercial thinking while working towards clear personal and financial goals.
