Accounts Office Administrator 📍 Swadlincote 🕒 20–30 hours per week 💷 £13.00 per hour 📄 Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Accounts Office Administrator to join our client’s team based in Swadlincote. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative and accounts experience to secure a long-term position within a busy and supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes 🔹 Processing invoices and payments using Sage 🔹 Handling cash and card transactions accurately 🔹 Liaising with branches and suppliers professionally 🔹 Managing customer accounts and monitoring overdue payments 🔹 Carrying out general office administration and filing duties Candidate Requirements: 🔹 Previous accounts and administration experience 🔹 Sage 50 experience preferred 🔹 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 🔹 Strong communication and organisational skills 🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🔹 Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK If you are looking for a new opportunity within a professional office environment, we would like to hear from you.
