Key Responsibilities As an SEN Teacher, you will: * Deliver engaging and accessible lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners. * Adapt the curriculum to ensure all pupils can access meaningful learning opportunities. * Work collaboratively with support staff and specialist professionals to implement individual learning plans. * Build positive and trusting relationships that encourage pupil engagement and confidence. * Track and celebrate progress, recognising achievements both inside and outside the classroom. * Support the development of social, emotional, and life skills alongside academic learning. The Successful Candidate Will Have * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Experience working with pupils with SEND, either within mainstream or specialist education. * A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * The ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient when faced with challenges. * A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs to succeed.
