We are looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for coordinating contracts, supporting office operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
You will be the central point of contact for clients, tenants, subcontractors, and in-house operatives, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate contracts with clients, tenants, and external agencies Organise workloads for in-house operatives and subcontractors Issue worksheets and purchase order numbers Prepare method statements, risk assessments, COSHH documentation, and review asbestos reports Order materials, skips, and site requirements Manage day-to-day operational issues and contractual matters Raise invoices and maintain the company order book Check and approve subcontractor invoices for payment Calculate weekly wages and pay claims Maintain holiday and training records Attend pre- and post-contract meetings Lead toolbox talks and attend quarterly Health & Safety meetings Brief trades and subcontractors on contract requirements Support supplier account applications and general office administration Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management What Were Looking For Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Experience within contracts administration, construction, property services, or a similar operational environment Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and documentation Ability to manage multiple projects and xwzovoh priorities effectively Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Proactive problem solver with attention to detail Why Join Us?
