Control and audit planned work re-allocation following jeopardy management interventions to ensure abort rates are maintained. Monitor Clients system to deliver client specific requirements if required Communicate with operational staff to identify critical areas of delivery.  Receive and record data onto work management systems Update management systems within specific timescales and deliverables with the contract requirements Have appropriate paperwork including parking bays , bus stops etc in place for the work to begin.  Maintain close working relationships with local authorities and the client Any other administrative duties related to your business area as requested by your line manager   Still interested, does this sound like you? Experience working for a civil engineering company or Principal Contractor, particularly in street works would be beneficial but is not essential Experience in an Administrative role Ability to multitask in a fast-paced role Strong organisational skills Experience working in a fast-paced Contract Environment Strong communication skills Experience with working on Microsoft Office packages with advanced skills on Microsoft Excel Experience working on bespoke systems
