This role is\nideal for a strong Early Years leader who enjoys developing teams, driving\nstandards and creating a nursery culture where both children and teams thrive.\nYou will be joining a stable nursery with supportive senior leadership, strong\nteam foundations and the freedom to lead your setting with confidence.

The\nrole: 

As Nursery\nManager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining\nhigh standards across the setting. You will be responsible for: 

• Leading, motivating, and\n developing your nursery team
  
• Ensuring EYFS and safeguarding\n compliance
  
• Building strong parent\n partnerships
  
• Driving occupancy and overall\n nursery performance
  
• Leading Ofsted preparation and\n inspections
  
• Supporting staff development and\n wellbeing
  
• Creating a positive,\n professional team culture 
  

This is a\nhands-on leadership role where your experience, leadership style, and\ndecision-making will make a genuine impact every day. 

What we’re\nlooking for: 

Essential: 

• Full and relevant Level 3\n Childcare qualification
  
• Previous Nursery Management\n experience
  
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and\n safeguarding
  
• Experience leading teams within\n Early Years
  
• Passion for delivering\n high-quality childcare and education
  

 Desirable: 

• Level 5 qualification in\n Childcare, Leadership, or Management
  
• Experience achieving Good or\n Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
