About the role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing business looking to add a IT Support Technician to their Wrexham-based team, with flexibility around hybrid work or on site full time. This is a dual site business so you may need to attend the other site on occasion.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on IT support experience to join a small team and gain exposure across a wide range of systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line/deskside IT support
* Support user onboarding/offboarding and access management
* Set up and maintain laptops, hardware, and workstations
* Assist with helpdesk ticket triage and issue escalation
* Liaise with external IT providers
* Maintain IT asset records and support ongoing projects
About You
* Experience in a similar IT support role
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
* Comfortable working on-site in a small team
