Exciting Opportunity: Part Time Executive Assistant to the CEO
Hours/days required: Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 1pm
Working remote with half a day in the office

With the CEO managing a busy schedule and often working across different time zones, your role will be instrumental in helping him stay focused, organised, and efficient. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating priorities
Acting as the primary point of contact, filtering communications, and handling enquiries
Assisting in organisation of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Supporting the CEO with administrative tasks, ensuring time is allocated effectively
Keeping the CEO focused by managing priorities and gatekeeping responsibilities
Checking emails outside core hours to ensure smooth operationsThe ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Tech-savviness and comfort with remote working tools
Strong communication skills with a friendly and proactive approach
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independentlyDesirable skills include:
Experience working within a tech environment or for a non-profit organisation
Additional language skills or experience working across multiple time zones
The confidence to work closely with busy executives.
