Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
A well-established automotive service centre in Nottingham is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join its busy and successful team on a permanent basis. The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, MOT preparation, and inspections to a high standard while ensuring vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours 5-day working week
Saturdays included with one weekday off
Monday to Friday: 08:30 17:30
Saturday: 08:00 17:00
Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (as advertised)
Salary may be discussed with the Centre Manager during the interview process for successful candidates
Performance-related team bonus scheme: 90% target achievement: 1.5% of total target value shared amongst the centre team
100% target achievement: 4% of total target value shared amongst the centre team
Above 100% target achievement: 20% of the amount achieved above target, plus the 4% team bonus allocation
28 days holiday including bank holidays
22 days annual leave available to book at your choice
Easter Friday and Late August Bank Holiday worked, with these days given back in lieu

Requirements Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Relevant automotive qualifications preferred
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
Full UK Driving Licence
