£35,700 per annum plus bonus and on call allowance
Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? Were recruiting for a Care Supervisor to join a dedicated provider supporting adults with learning disabilities across Lancashire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and leading care teams to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
The Role:
Supervising and supporting care staff in the delivery of exceptional care
Ensuring person-centred support plans are followed and reviewed
Conducting spot checks, supervisions, and care reviews
Supporting compliance, quality standards, and safeguarding practices
Building strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
What Were Looking For:
? Previous experience in a senior care, team leader, or supervisory role
? Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
? Full UK driving licence preferred
