Working alongside recognised specialists, they will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload of contentious probate and trust disputesAdvising on Inheritance Act claims, will validity challenges and proprietary estoppel mattersHandling executor, trustee and Court of Protection disputesBuilding and maintaining strong client and referrer relationshipsSupporting business development and raising the profile of the practiceThis position is ideal for a solicitor with strong litigation experience and a genuine interest in private wealth disputes.
