QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED – WIRRAL Recruit 360 are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Wirral-based construction contractor delivering projects across the North West. The company works across a range of construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS looking to join a growing business. 📍 Wirral 💷 £50,000 – £55,000 DOE 📈 Permanent Position We are looking for a qualified, experienced Quantity Surveyor rather than a Graduate QS. The successful candidate should be comfortable taking commercial responsibility for projects and working closely with clients, subcontractors and the wider delivery team. ✅ Quantity Surveying qualification ✅ Proven QS experience within construction ✅ Valuations & applications for payment ✅ Variations & cost control ✅ Subcontractor procurement & management ✅ Final accounts ✅ Strong commercial & contractual knowledge ✅ Ideally based within a reasonable commute of the Wirral 📩 Interested or know somebody suitable?
