Job Description: Job Title: Warehouse Labourer / Counterbalance Driver (Pallet Area) Location: Atherstone (CV9 2SQ) Pay Rate: £13.31 per hour Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 7:00am start (9-hour shifts) Contract: Temp to Perm Job Description: We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Labourers / Counterbalance Drivers to work within the pallet area at a busy, modern distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling, pallet movement, and warehouse operations. The role may also include outdoor working depending on operational needs. Please note: This site will be relocating to Bardon in March 2027. Candidates must be able to drive and be within a suitable commuting distance to Bardon for future relocation. Key Responsibilities: * Moving pallets within the warehouse and yard areas * Loading and unloading goods * Working in the pallet area supporting warehouse operations * Manual handling and physically demanding tasks * Following health and safety procedures at all times * Potential outdoor work in all weather conditions Requirements: * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential) * Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test (carried out at our Nuneaton office if successful) * Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to future Bardon site * Reliable, physically fit, and hardworking * Previous warehouse experience preferred What We Offer: * £13.31 per hour * Weekly pay * 4 on / 4 off shift pattern * 7:00am starts, 9-hour shifts * Temp to permanent opportunity * Annual pay reviews * Great benefits package upon permanent placement * Clean, modern warehouse environment * Supportive team with full on-site training and walkarounds available ASAP Additional Information You will be notified of your application progress via your CV Library account, so please check it regularly.
