The Opportunity: Were now looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Executive to help drive new business growth within the folding carton packaging market.
This is an exciting opportunity where youll play a key role in identifying potential customers and generating enquiries across a wide range of industries.
Whether you already have lead generation experience or are looking to begin a career in sales and business development, wed love to hear from candidates with energy, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
What Youll Be Doing: Researching and identifying potential customers using online tools, LinkedIn, exhibitions, retail analysis, and internal databases Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and social media Generating new sales enquiries and business opportunities Working closely with the sales team to support business growth Building relationships with companies across sectors including food & beverage, healthcare, automotive, engineering, and pet care.
What Were Looking For: The right person for the role can demonstrate: Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude Confidence speaking with new contacts and decision makers Good organisation and attention to detail A proactive approach to finding and developing opportunities Experience That Would Be Helpful: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, account management, or business development Experience within packaging, print, or manufacturing industries would be very helpful, but not essential.
Knowledge of folding carton or cardboard packaging markets would again be helpful but not essential.
Experience selling into food & beverage, healthcare, automotive, engineering, or pet care sectors However, full support and training will be provided for the right candidate, with the right attitude and ambition. xwzovoh
Whats In It For You: A Competitive Salary: £28,000
- £32,000 Company Bonus Structure.
