As a Junior Compliance Technologist, you will benefit from: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with service Early finish every Friday Generous staff discount on products Access to an Employee Assistance Programme Medicash health and benefits plan (following probation) Cycle to Work Scheme Long Service Rewards A casual, social working environment with brilliant team events As a Junior Compliance Technologist, your responsibilities will include: Reviewing product artwork and pack copy to ensure accuracy and compliance with market regulations Collaborating with the artwork development team to ensure timely and accurate artwork production Supporting new product development timelines by coordinating artwork delivery Liaising with purchasing teams and label suppliers to facilitate finished product production Providing administration support to the Compliance and Quality Manager across all compliance activities Proactively identifying and addressing regulatory issues across international markets As a Junior Compliance Technologist, your experience will include: A-Level educated or equivalent, ideally with a science-based subject Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks against defined deadlines Good organisational and time management skills A solid level of IT competency A genuine desire to develop knowledge and skills in product compliance Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or regulated product environment (desirable) If you're looking to build a career in compliance and want a role where you can grow your expertise within a well-regarded and expanding business, we'd love to hear from you.
