A day in the life of a Key Account Manager: Create and maintain relationships with high profile brands.
Proactively manage your book of business to ensure satisfied clients and industry leading service.
Identify opportunities to grow your accounts with additional features or sister companies.
Reintroduce our services to former clients and win them back.
Attend quarterly on-site visits and meetings to foster close relationships.
Contribute to an industry leading product by translating client feedback into new features.
What do you bring to the table? Adept at building trust, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
Dynamic communication skills across all platforms.
Proven track record in closing lucrative deals.
Strategic mindset to capitalise on growth opportunities.
