Senior Consultant – ServiceNow & Enterprise Transformation

Company Overview

Our client is a senior-led consultancy delivering ServiceNow, AI and Enterprise Transformation programmes across IT, HR, Finance, Customer Operations and Global Business Services.

Role Overview

You'll play a key role delivering enterprise transformation programmes, supporting client engagements from discovery through implementation. Working alongside senior consultants and managers, you'll lead workshops, coordinate workstreams and help deliver successful ServiceNow-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver workstreams across ServiceNow transformation programmes
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Support requirements gathering and solution design
• Manage delivery plans, risks and actions
• Coordinate functional and technical teams
• Produce client-facing documentation and presentations
• Support junior consultants

Required Experience

• Experience within consulting, ServiceNow or enterprise transformation
• Strong xwzovoh stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading small workstreams
• Workshop facilitation
• Excellent communication and consulting capability

Desirable

• ServiceNow implementation experience
• GBS or operating model transformation
• AI or automation programme exposure

Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• ITIL
• Agile / Scrum / PRINCE2
