HGV Driver / Shunter

Shunter Driver – Immediate Start Our client, a well-established and expanding logistics company based in Robertsbridge, is currently looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver (HGV Driver / LGV Driver / C+E Driver) to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, with an immediate start available. As a C+E (CE) Driver, your main responsibilities will involve shunting duties, safely moving trailers within the depot, and ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles on site. Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour (+ £10 daily night bonus) Working Days: Monday to Friday (NO weekends) – minimum 55 hours per week Start Times: 17:00 – 05:00 Contract Type: Temporary (ongoing) Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex Requirements Valid Class 1 (C+E / CE) LGV / HGV licence held for a minimum of 1 year Minimum of 180 days on-the-road HGV / LGV driving experience Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work night shifts What We Offer Competitive pay rate of £15.60 per hour + night bonus Ongoing temporary LGV / HGV 1 driving work Opportunities for regular assignments with a reputable logistics company For more information, click Apply Now or contact Erica at the Pertemps Maidstone office
