Date: 28 Apr 2023Sector: FINANCIAL MARKETSType: PermanentLocation: LondonSalary: 90000 - per annumEmail: : DB Our client is looking for an Global Head of KYC Onboarding Supervisor to manage and oversea a team and ensure all efforts are aligned and focused on delivering quality throughput of files resulting on complete and timely onboarding of clients.This role is working for a Global Institutional Brokers, Onboarding Banks, Hedge funds, Trading Firms and other Financial Institutions.AccountabilitiesProcessing client cases and acting as SME escalation within Onboarding teamApproval of low and medium risk accountsSupervise the customer on-boarding team, primarily focused on London Head Office:Capacity management, including prioritisationCoaching and supporting your team including performance managementComplete file reviews (KYC, account opening documentation, admin) and sign off Low and Medium risk accountsEnsuring files are compliant with appropriate regulation and in line with firm’s policiesEnsure that appropriate client documentation is issued to all new customers and in accordance with local regulatory and any exchange requirementsActing as point of escalation for the onboarding teamEnsure that complete records of all customer documentation are maintainedTimely escalation issues/developmentsFacilitating quality assurance feedback sessions with Financial Crime teamAssist with the implementation of changes within the department (regulatory, operational) and always endeavour to streamline processes and procedures for a better client experienceEssential:Skills & Experienced RequiredDirect line management experience of 1 years+ (global) of onboarding teamsManaged teams through transitions KYC experience of 5 years+Onboarding experience of 5 years+Work collaboratively in high pressure environment
