Job Title: Line Leader Location: Brough Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - finish About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Line Leader on behalf of our client, a leading European plant service partner supplying high-quality, sustainable plants to major UK retailers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing operation supporting large-scale distribution across the UK market. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a production/packing line to ensure daily targets are achieved Allocate tasks effectively to team members and monitor performance throughout the shift Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all products meet customer specifications Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times Support training and development of new and existing staff Work closely with management to resolve any operational issues quickly and efficiently Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environmentRequirements Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within production, logistics, or horticulture Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability Flexible approach to working hours, with a willingness to stay until finishAbout Our Client Our client is a premier European plant service partner with a strong presence in the UK market.
